- Câu 1: Trả lời trực tiếp lý do hoặc sở thích ("I have had a deep passion for... since I was a child.").
- Câu 2: Kỳ vọng đối với câu lạc bộ ("Joining this club will help me enhance my skills and meet like-minded people.").
- Giữ phong cách trò chuyện tự nhiên (Social Chat): Dùng câu cảm thán, từ nối thân mật (To be honest, In my opinion, Personally speaking).
- Trả lời đủ các vế: Câu hỏi thường có 2 vế (Ví dụ: Bạn nghĩ gì về sự thay đổi này? Bạn có kế hoạch gì không?). Phải trả lời cả 2 vế để đạt điểm Task Fulfillment tối đa.

Dear Mr. President / Dear Club Manager,
[Đoạn 1 - Mở bài]: I am writing to officially express my viewpoint regarding the committee's recent announcement concerning [nêu vấn đề: the postponement of our upcoming workshop / the revision of membership regulations]. As an active and dedicated member of the club for over two years, I feel compelled to share my perspective on this matter.
[Đoạn 2 - Cảm nghĩ & Tác động]: While I fully understand that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate adjustments, I am deeply concerned that this sudden decision may cause considerable inconvenience for many participants. Most members, including myself, have already arranged their schedules accordingly.
[Đoạn 3 - Đề xuất 2 giải pháp]: To mitigate this situation effectively, I would like to put forward a couple of constructive recommendations. Firstly, it would be highly beneficial if the committee could offer an alternative schedule or organize an online discussion instead. Secondly, holding a brief consultation meeting would ensure that all members' voices are thoroughly considered before making any final verdict.
[Đoạn 4 - Kết thư]: I truly hope that you will take these suggestions into earnest consideration. Should you wish to discuss these points in greater detail, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Yours sincerely,
